Position:
Low-Rise Window Cleaner
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Low-Rise Window Cleaner is responsible for performing exterior/interior building cleaning and maintenance functions on low-rise buildings and other structures. The role requires working safely from ladders, ground level, or other approved access equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
Location- GTA
Hourly Rate- piecework
Schedule- Flexible, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
Performing exterior and/or interior cleaning for low-rise buildings and/or post-construction sites
Comply with Aurum's policies and procedures
Maintaining assigned equipment, handling them with care and responsibility
Performing tasks like caulking, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning
Participating in required training
Performing other duties as assigned
Required Experience
2+ years of window cleaning/cleaning experience
Ontario's G license is a must
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Water-fed/Tucker pole experience is required
Working at heights certification is considered an asset
Elevated lift certification is considered an asset
