We are looking for an
Operations
Manager
to join our Operations Team in Ontario. This position reports to the Regional Director and will develop, maintain, and execute a clear portfolio plan liaising with all support functions in the implementation of required actions. This individual will also implement strategic operational activities consistent with the plan across the portfolio to continuously improve sales and profitability. They will inspire and lead the franchise portfolio to grow and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
Monitor and communicate key sales performance insights (SPT, loyalty, campaign sales etc), implement remedial actions for lower performers
Ensure new bakeries are opened on time and on budget. Coordinate resources for new bakery openings
Use insights from monthly MFS reviews to identify actionable feedback for franchisees on COGs, Wages
