If you are looking for a team that brings out the best in each other, a team that has fun and are proud of their work - we want to hear from you! The Four Points by Sheraton & Hampton Inn and Suites are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.
We are on a bus route, with a stop just outside of the hotel. We also pickup our employees from the bus loop at UBCO!
What will you be doing?
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance repairs at both the Four Points by Sheraton and Hampton Inn and Suites. Your duties will include maintaining public spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.
Respond and attend to guest & staff reported defects, carry a radio at all times
Communicate with guests and staff to resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Perform basic tasks including: troubleshooting TV’s and equipment, painting and filling crevices, changing light bulbs and filters, manage general maintenance repairs and clean-up of the repair area.
