Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager I leads and develops a team of Supply Chain Planners, ensuring strong performance, effective workflow management, and adherence to best practices. This role oversees raw material availability, inventory optimization, and inbound logistics to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing operations. It proactively manages supply risks, collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. This position will also ensure data integrity, monitor key performance metrics, and provide accurate reporting to support operational and strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for purchasing raw materials and supplies for use in production. This includes prompt, accurate entry of purchase orders, active supplier management & coordination with Logistics.
Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of Supply Chain Planners, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that aligns with Vista’s Core Behaviors.
