Position Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern will support the Talent Development team in creating, organizing, and delivering engaging learning experiences for employees across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate training, learning technologies, and employee development initiatives while contributing to key projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions (virtual and in-person)
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including:
Uploading and organizing training materials
Assigning courses and tracking completion
Troubleshooting basic LMS issues
Help maintain and update internal training resources (e.g., SharePoint or intranet)Ass
