Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring materials availability, cost control, supplier performance, and alignment with production and business objectives. This role is responsible for setting and executing the supply chain strategy, managing people and processes, mitigating supply risk, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, deep knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
Lead and manage all supply chain personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
Establish and execute departmental vision, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies
Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, engineering, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain activities
Develop resource and utilization plans to ensure adequate staffing and capability
