Position Summary
The Live Entertainment Intern will work in partnership with cross functional departments and external partners on the overall execution of revenue-generating programming for live events at Rogers Arena. They will also provide administrative support to the Live Entertainment department and will perform various event-related duties both prior to and during events.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned as required)
Assist media and venue photographers on event day
Liaise with promoter partners on marketing assets and rollout
Assist with administration of the arena calendar
Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate the execution of building-tour experiences
Assist the Administrator, Live Events Ticketing & Booking with administering ticketing for events and administering complimentary ticket requests
Maintain files and records and provide ongoing administrative support for the department
Required Experience And Qualifications
A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
