Reporting to the Staffing Supervisor, the Staffing Consultant will provide a high level of service delivery to the clients we serve as the centralized Government of Nunavut staffing service for positions located in Iqaluit. The Staffing Consultant will ensure staffing practices are done in a timely and cost-effective manner that respects the staffing principles of fairness and transparency. These services are essential to ensure the GN has a qualified and increasingly representative public service and has the capacity needed to deliver programs and services to Nunavummiut.
