Scope
Are you an experienced Heavy Duty or Commercial Service Manager or Supervisor with a passion for leadership and mentoring? If this sounds like you, we encourage you to keep reading! We are now accepting applications for a Garage Superintendent who will lead a team of Mechanics in enhancing the levels of service to our customers.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with and provide direction to Mechanics, Supervisors, Parts and Office support staff on overall turn-around time, both at the Fleet Operations Centre and Fire Service Garage
• Identify training requirements and develop a skills matrix for staff while providing guidance and mentorship on day-to-day operation
• Liaise directly and manage vendors on vehicle and generator repairs, pricing, and qualit
