Inventory & Warehouse Team Lead
Stayner, ON | $54,000–$57,000 | Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and support a team of 6 Material Handlers, ensuring productivity, safety, and accountability
Ensure daily production and shipping materials are accurately picked, staged, verified, and delivered
Coordinate priority and ad‑hoc material requests throughout the shift
Coach team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Inventory Control & ERP
Execute accurate inventory transactions across receiving, internal movements, subcontracting, and production support
Maintain real‑time ERP data integrity and inventory accuracy
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts (100% completion, 99%+ accuracy)
Investigate discrepancies, complete root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Health Canada regulations (returns, rework, inventory destruction)
Train team members on SOPs, ERP processes, safety, and compliance requirements
Maintain audit‑ready training and inventory records
Support internal and external audits and inspections
Promote a safety‑first work environment and address hazards
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support material flow and production readiness
Champion standardized processes and operational improvements
Lead year‑end physical inventory audit activities
Perform hands‑on warehouse tasks as needed (loading, unloading, labeling, organization)
Work Environment
Active role involving standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of material handling equipment
Overtime or weekend work required during peak periods or year‑end inventory audits
What You Bring
3+ years of warehouse or operations experience, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership and team‑coaching experience
Strong knowledge of inventory control and ERP workflows
Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adjust priorities as needed
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (asset)
CPIM or PMAC/CPP certification (strong asset)
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
