What’s the Job?
You will support the
Engineering and Project Management
teams working on
aero‑derivative gas turbine programs
. You will assist with planning, execution, monitoring, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Your work will directly support project managers, planners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to keep project plans accurate, prioritized, and aligned with program goals.

$34.48/hr
Shift:
1st Shift —
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Duration-
12month
Potential to Convert to Full-Time:

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Engineering team
Draft correspondence, record meeting minutes, organize documentation
Assist with project planning and scheduling activities
Support execution and monitoring of gas turbine project deliverables
Coordinate resource allocation updates with cross-functional teams
Ensure project plans remain accurate, current, and aligned with program objectives
Assist with process improvements focused on planning quality and resource utilization
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant administrative, project coordination, or technical support experience
OR
Master’s degree – Entry level accepted
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to support technical teams and manage multiple priorities
