What’s the Job?
Our Wellbeing Collective (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements portfolio) is seeking a
Quality Coordinator
to support Quality operations for the Canadian market. This contractor role ensures product compliance, quality system execution, and post‑launch monitoring for leading wellness brands.
Location:
Toronto, ON – Corporate HQ (Onsite)
Pay Rate:
From
$35.83/hr
Shift:
Nights (36 hours)
What You’ll Do
Support daily Quality activities and ensure compliance with Unilever standards & Canadian regulations.
Work with manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal partners to maintain product quality.
Monitor, analyze, and trend consumer complaints.
Report adverse events and safety issues per
Health Canada
requirements.
Maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, and support CAPA execution.
Assist Quality activities for innovation projects.
Implement digital quality tools and process improvements.
Provide ongoing Quality data reporting and insights.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
in Pharmacy, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar.
5+ years of QA/QC experience
in consumer goods, supplements, nutraceuticals, or food.
Knowledge of QMS, SOPs, CAPA, CoAs, quality investigations, and post‑launch monitoring.
Understanding of Health Canada requirements (asset).
Strong organization, communication, and ownership mindset.
Ability to work independently as an external contractor.
Must be able to
work onsite
in Toronto; remote‑only applicants not considered
