What's the Role?
As a
Partner Development Manager
, you will proactively manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, deepening relationships with Partners and recruiting new Partners aligned to our territory strategy. You’ll understand Partners’ needs and demonstrate the value Insights brings to both our Partners and our business growth
What You’ll Do
Set and execute sales and relationship management strategies for a portfolio of Partners.
Build and foster trusted relationships with key contacts.
Support and influence Partners’ strategy and execution.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets, incorporating Partner Happiness (NPS) and profitability.
Manage, coach, and support Partner relationships, enhancing product knowledge and brand management.
Act as an Ambassador for Insights with internal and external clients.
Stay current with commercial and economic climates and competitive landscapes.
How You’ll Succeed
Communicate and articulate the Insights Value Proposition and Strategy.
Plan and prioritise sales activities and partner/prospect contact.
Excite, educate, and engage prospects on Insights’ value proposition.
Develop and nurture key relationships to create champions for our products.
Maintain awareness of market conditions, competitors’ products, and pricing.
Maintain Partner NPS and customer effort at a base of 75+.
Utilise Dynamics 365 for account management, pipeline, forecasting, and portfolio management.
