As a
Student Commercial Coordinator
, you'll support our commercial, engineering, and project delivery teams on meaningful, real-world projects that shape communities across Canada. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in contract management, financial tracking, documentation, and project coordination within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your Impact
Support the administration and review of commercial contracts, ensuring terms and compliance requirements are met.
Track scope changes, gather supporting details, and help implement effective change management processes.
Assist with insurance and legal documentation to help manage risk across project phases.
Prepare, maintain, and organize project documents including contracts, submittals, progress reports, and meeting materials.
Update KPIs, trackers, and financial logs; help prepare internal and external reporting packages.
Support project teams by ensuring client expectations and contractual obligations are properly reflected in project documentation.
Contribute to scheduling, cost-tracking, staffing matrices, and other project control tools.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Currently enrolled in a
university-level engineering, construction, project management, finance, business, or related program
.
Interest in commercial management, contract administration, project controls, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with structured reporting tools, spreadsheets, and document control processes.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn commercial project workflows.
Strong writing and document-editing abilities.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$24.00 - $32.25
MB & ON:
$22.50 - $30.25
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$21.50 - $30.25
