**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician sets up, installs, adjusts, and maintains a wide range of industrial production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role combines hands-on electrical and mechanical work with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement in a highly automated, clean, and temperature-controlled environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, motors, and variable frequency drives. + Perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. + Inspect equipment regularly and as needed to verify proper operation, identify wear or failures, and address issues before they impact production. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including high and low voltage systems and 480 V circuits. + Proficiency with mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and industrial automation equipment. + Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics, including setup, maintenance, and repair. + Ability to perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting to identify and resolve control system issues. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings. + Experience with motors, drives, encoders, and variable frequency drives.. **Why Work Here?** You will work in a modern, highly automated facility that values technical expertise, safety, and continuous improvement.
