Job Description

Our client is seeking a technical support agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be customer oriented and challenge driven which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Support Agent
Location: Greater Toronto Area
Pay Range: $18.90 hourly
What’s the Job?
Provide technical customer support to clients via phone, email and chat
Troubleshooting inquiries such as access requests, software updates, password resets, external connections to a laptop (Printers, monitors etc.), Windows suite, etc
Manage ticket creation, resolution and follow up
What’s Needed?
Must be located in the GTA
Great communication
: *Very important
must be clear and concise as communication will be over the phone and in writing
Patience and attentive listening
Must be available for all type of shifts (day, evenings, nights, weekdays & weekends
Ability to troubleshoot and help customers with technical issues
Experience in a call center environment and technical studies
Stable high speed Internet connection at home and a set up to work
