Summary
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of our apartment buildings in Edmonton.
Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining common spaces in the buildings
Move-in/move-out cleanings for apartment units
Sweeping, mopping, dusting
Vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, glass, mirrors, etc.
Cleaning inside and outside kitchen appliances
Seasonal maintenance needs
Other cleaning and maintenance duties as required by the Property Manager
Requirements
Prior building cleaning / maintenance experience is required
High attention to detail
Able to follow direction
Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate conversationally in English
Team contributor and willingness to learn
