Our client, a reputable legal services provider, is seeking a Receptionist in Toronto ON to join their team. As a Receptionist you will be part of the front desk support team supporting client and visitor engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift Timings:
Flexibility Required ( 8:00 am- 5:00 pm / 8:30 am - 5:30 pm / 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
What's the Job?
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
Manage mail, courier services, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Book meeting rooms and support administrative tasks as required
What's Needed?
Previous reception or front desk experience (corporate or legal setting preferred)
Professional presentation with business formal dress code
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift timings
