Theyset development standards, oversee DevOps and review critical code, which callsfor hands-on platform practice and not only a design role. The strategiccomponent is real: CRM roadmaps, Salesforce governance and interactions withdirectors, VPs and senior VPs. Required seniority is 8 years or more. Candidate sought: a Salesforce Tech Lead who has alreadyowned the technical architecture and integrations of a large-scale Salesforceimplementation in an institutional context, with FSC on the resume in a realproject. This person can both review Apex or LWC code and defend anarchitecture recommendation in front of leadership.
