Production Welder

Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a
motivated, certified GMAW Welder
to perform high-volume welding of tubular and structural components. The role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
GMAW (MIG) welding
on structural components (tubes, beams, angles, plates)
Execute
multi-pass welding
and maintain high production outputs (500+ units per run)
Tack components in
fixtures or jigs
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot welding equipment, gas, wire feed, and settings
Read and interpret
blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
Weld in
flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
Clean and prepare workpieces; maintain a
safe and organized work environment
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years
of high-production and structural welding experience
CWB Certification
(GMAW or FCAW) required
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
Familiarity with basic measuring tools
What We Offer
Competitive pay:
$26–$30/hr
Full-time, permanent position with benefits
Day shift, Monday–Friday, stable 36–44hour workweek
