Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time permanent Bulk Plant Operator to join its vibrant team. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Monts core values: Quality, Flexibility and Innovation.
Your Work Schedule
Day shift: From 6am to 6pm
Rotating schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct mobile equipment inspections
Confirm shift loading goals with supervisor and team members
Complete pre-loading computer tasks (assign container, arrange for assigned container to be placed on scale
Complete transloading and post-loading
Operate support machinery (bulk loading equipment, bobcat, toyota forklift, cat forklift, clark loader, monster)
What Were Looking For
Comfortable with heavy lifting and working outdoors
Not afraid of heights and comfortable working at elevated levels
Strong computer skills
Quick learner with solid operational awareness
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to perform under pressure
Strong team player
Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (site not accessible by public transportation)
