Position Summary:
Use administrative and sales skills to manage the office and provide tours or engaging conversations with Residents interested in moving in.

Understand and promote a “Hospitality” environment within the residence

Responsibilities:
Reception and office duties for the “Seniors Living” residence
Conduct sales-effective “Tours” of the SL residence with walk-in’s and booked appointments
Prioritize appointments and proactively and positively resolve conflicts as they arise
Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, processing invoices, track attendance, process payroll and post scheduled hours including seniority lists
Responds to phone and email inquiries – providing general information and referring inquiries to the appropriate source.
