Candidates must have knowledge of human services policies, practices, and procedures, typically gained through a diploma or degree in a human services-related field and/or relevant experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, digital, and decision-­making skills are required. Applicants must be eligible to operate a vehicle in Saskatchewan, travel throughout rural and urban communities, work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift and carry small children up to approximately 20 kg.
